Founded in the UK in 1957, the core business of Alexander Hughes is retained Executive Search. The company is now headquartered in Paris with 37 offices in 28 countries employing 120 consultants, 60 researchers and 40 support staff. The business is therefore both multicultural and multilingual.

The company was established to help clients acquire and retain the human capital vital to the achievement of their strategic business goals. Our core activity therefore encompasses the recruitment of main board and non-executive directors; executive committee members; senior managers; and Recognised Experts in specialist fields.
